I agree that I understand that I am responsible for the safety of myself while at the Event.  I understand that this is a State Park and that in the strictest of senses that it has wildlife and natural terrain that can be hazardous and that I must take proper precautions.  In case of accident or injury I agree not to hold The Artemisian Tradition (AFF) or its members, OKP Events, OKPagan, or Oklahoma State Parks responsible for myself and hereby release AFF or its members, OKP Events, OKPagan, and Oklahoma State Parks from liability or injury resulting from my own actions.  There are no refunds on any monies submitted for these events unless the organizers had to cancel the event.  If that is the case then all monies will be applied toward the rescheduled date. AFF reserves the right to refuse admission based upon their judgment or availability of space.  If your registration is refuse or returned then all monies will be refunded to you.
